Unlike traditional office lettings, the individual rooms at Areta Fitted Offices that function as workspaces are suitably renovated, pre-furnished and pre-fitted, allowing them to be ready for immediate occupation. These private workspaces are also pre-cabled with up to-date IT infrastructure, allowing plug-and-play capabilities for the Tenant’s own telephone & internet subscriptions, resulting in minimal set-up and configuration requirements.
Areta Fitted Offices also provides a full suite of shared amenities including secured access via RFID access locks, contemporary waiting lounges for visitors, conducive meeting rooms, a pantry, a work zone well-equipped with communal office stationeries and office tools, and modern and comfortable bathroom and shower facilities. Functioning as a cross between traditional bare office leases and fully serviced office leases, Areta Fitted Offices offers office space ready for immediate use, yet retains the flexibility to allow Tenants to pay only for the specific space that they require. These workspaces can be used as permanent offices, overflow office spaces or branch offices, and will be particularly suitable for small businesses and start-ups requiring inexpensive office addresses within the prime Central Business District.

The monthly charges by Areta Fitted Offices include basic rent, fit-out and furnishing of the workspace, cleaning and maintenance, air-conditioning and utilities, as well as security services. Tenants have the flexibility to subscribe to their own telephone and internet services. With office management and facility costs shared between the Tenants, the running cost to each Tenant is substantially reduced, resulting in significant cost savings to the businesses.
Our Fitted Offices are available on fixed 12 month contracts with minimal hassles allowing companies to rapidly start-up at low cost.
